Preferred by Road cyclists
Thinner nose relieves inner thigh rub
Reduces leg numbness
The EXT Sprint does not have a center cutout. Removing the cutout allows for a more narrow saddle. If you have experienced inner thigh rub on your current saddle, then the Sprint is for you. The nose width ranges from 45mm to 70mm. The rear width ranges from 120mm to 165mm. (Width may be limited when the front or rear are adjusted to a wide position.) Helps relieve leg numbness, thigh chafing, and hot spots.
Preferred by Road and Time Trial Cyclists
Center cutout relieves perineal pressure
Reduces soft tissue pain and pressure
The EXT Stealth has a center cutout. The cutout is for those cyclists who want extra perineal relief, but still want the ability to ride on the nose. The nose width ranges from 45mm to 70mm. The rear width ranges from 120mm to 165mm. (Width may be limited when the front or rear are adjusted to a wide position.) Helps relieve genital numbness, saddle sores, and sit bone pressure.
Preferred by Tri, Gravel, XC and MTB Cyclists
Extra short nose helps you stay in aero or the drops for a longer time
Reduces saddle sores and hotspots
The SRT is shorter than most other noseless saddles. This helps you relieve perineal pressure by eliminating the nose. The nose width ranges from 45mm to 70mm. The rear width ranges from 125mm to 165mm. (Width may be limited when the front or rear are adjusted to a wide position.) Our all around most comfortable saddle helps relieve saddle sores, numbness, chafing, sit bone pressure, and general discomfort.

DO YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THESE PAINFUL SADDLE SYMPTOMS?
“Usually the pain begins after 3 miles, and boy do I hate bumps of any kind!”
Pain can be experienced when body weight is supported by the soft tissue between your sit bones – primarily the labia (in women) and internal penis (in men).
“After 10-15 miles, I would develop numbness”
Bike saddles can cause men and women to put pressure on the perineum, which is the area located between the external genitals and the anus. This pressure causes arteries and nerves to compress, resulting in reduced blood flow and sensation to your genitals.
“I have tried an exhausting number of bicycle seats and haven’t found a comfortable saddle”
Saddle padding shouldn’t be excessively thick or soft. This causes the padding to squish down under the sit bones – and pushes up in the middle – adding pressure and discomfort where you don’t want it.
“I had trouble with numbness and saddle sores while in aero position”
When you ride in the drops or in aero position your pelvis tilts forward (three degrees more for women then men), which can take pressure off the sit bones and can re-distribute it on soft tissue area causing sores and numbness.
“I was holding back on extra and long distance rides because I was worried about “ED”
“There are only two kinds of male cyclists – those who are impotent and those who will be impotent.” – Dr. Irwin Goldstein
“I was miserable on my saddle and developed certain “female” issues”
A recent article indicated that 30% of the professional female riders the author knew, required genital surgery from damage due to saddle pressure.
Main causes for your saddle pain
General Guidelines in Saddle Selection:
✓Comfort/upright body positions require saddles with more padding, more width and a flatter top to support your sit bones. See drawing (1).
✓Performance body positions require saddles that are lightly padded, curved and narrower to support your pubic rami (2).
Bicycle saddles attempt to minimize pressure, resulting in all kinds of different padding types, profiles, curvatures and widths. Saddle manufacturers also consider the variation in sit bone widths, anatomical differences between men and women as well as body position and riding style. The result ...hundreds of saddles to choose from.
Is Your saddle too narrow, too soft, or not flat enough?
Sit Bone Width
Too Narrow = Pain
It takes a variety of saddle models to fit the different sit bone widths for men and women, which can vary from 100-150mm. The saddle should properly support your sit bones or your body weight is supported by the soft tissue.
Not Flat Enough = Pain
If the saddle has too much side to side curvature, then the high center is more likely to put pressure on the soft tissue. The saddle shape must also provide the right amount of curvature for movement of the hip and thigh. Saddle manufactures offer many shapes and curve options.
Too Soft = Pain
The firmness of the saddle padding depends on how much you ride. The more you ride, the firmer the padding should be. Padding shouldn’t be excessively thick or soft as it can squish down under the sit bones, pushing up in the middle – adding pressure where you don’t want it.
Upright to Aero
Your body position helps determine your saddle width and shape. If you ride upright, your sit bones contact the saddle at wider points and you need a wider saddle. As you lean forward (aero), your pelvis tilts and narrows requiring a more narrow saddle.
Triathlon, Road, MTB?
Since your saddle width and shape varies with your body position, you will likely need a different saddle for your road and mountain bikes. Saddle weight and rail strength is also a consideration for your riding style. That’s why you have so many rail and saddle weight options.
Saddle Up … And Stop Putting Your Comfort & Your Sexual Health at Risk!
Traditional bicycle saddles cause men and women to put pressure on the perineum, which is the area located between the external genitals and the anus.
In men, there is a sheath in the perineum that contains an artery and a nerve that are responsible for providing the penis with blood and sensation.
Sitting on a traditional bicycle saddle causes this sheath to compress, resulting in reduced blood flow and sensation to the penis.
Women have the same arteries and nerves which run to the clitoris and over time they can experience the same compression and the same reduced blood flow and sensation to their genitals.
The Bisaddle has been uniquely designed to eliminate the problems caused by traditional saddles. Here’s what we’ve done: We’ve split the saddle surface into two halves and made them fully adjustable so that the discomfort commonly associated with cycling can be completely eliminated.
It’s Time to Say Goodbye to Pain & Numbness!
This new innovative design not only looks stylish, but its surface contours and adjustability features ensure a perfect, custom fit for both menand women.
That’s right, we took into consideration that the angle of the bones at the bottom of the pelvic girdle vary between 50° and 60° for men and between 80° and 85° for women.
We also understand that many of us are asymmetrical. To address these issues and ensure a perfect, custom fit for you we’ve made the BiSaddle individually adjustable both in the front and back of each half of the seat.
What makes BiSaddle so different from everything else on the market?
The short answer is: BiSaddle was designed through study of anatomy to solve major health problems, not by a marketing team.
What this means is that BiSaddle was designed with your health in mind first and performance second. You’ll FINALLY be able to ride with absolutely NO pressure on your soft tissue perineum.
Riding is one thing, but riding with peace of mind is a totally different thing.
And once you say yes to BiSaddle, you’ll finally be able to ride and sit on your saddle for an hour, two hours, or however many hours you want WITHOUT worrying if you’re causing any long or short-term damage to your body and overall health.
The saddle is designed to support riders like YOU only on the bottom of your pelvic girdle (the Sit Bones) and not put pressure on any soft tissue (perineum).
Here’s how it works:
The saddle consists of two individually adjustable surfaces that have two points of adjustment each (front and back, meaning there’s LOTS of adjustability)
These surfaces are contoured to fit the curvature of the bottom bones of your pelvic girdle (Ischiopubic rami and Ischial Tuberosities to be exact.)
These surfaces are mounted on a frame that allows the surfaces to be positioned to allow for both separation and angular variations.
This design addresses erectile dysfunction in men by allowing for up to 3/4 inch of separation of the surfaces in the front, which is where the dorsal artery passes under the pubic symphasis (bottom of the V) and into the genitals
By only supporting riders on the bones at the bottom of the pelvic girdle, it also eliminates pressure on the perineum.
As you probably already know, the perineum is where the prostate is for men is located and where all of women’s genitalia reside.
But here’s what’s really great about BiSaddle…
You won’t experience numbness in your genitals & NO pressure on your testicles either….
The BiSaddle is the ONLY saddle where both the front and rear of the saddle can be adjusted independently….
This allows for adaptation to almost every body type that exists.
The angle of the bones at the bottom of your pelvic girdle vary between 50-60° for men and between 80-90° for women.
Our pelvic bones are often asymmetrical. One side may be slightly different than the other
Small changes in surface positioning can make significant difference in comfort.
BiSaddle does not put pressure on any perineal tissue.
The design also eliminates the pressure that the standard saddle horn puts on nerves, arteries and veins that run along the sides of the ischiopubic rami (legs of the V).
The adjustability of the surfaces was initially thought to allow riders to position the surfaces directly underneath their unique pelvic architecture.
Subsequent experience has shown that positioning of the surfaces must also take into account individual variations in where nerves, veins and arteries exist.
The latest version of the BiSaddle includes optional height shims for the surfaces to accommodate potential pelvic variations.
When you compare the fact that with traditional saddles, which come with a long-term consequence of pressure on your nerves and blood vessels in your groin area, which could cause impotence in males, the BiSaddle is hands down the absolute best choice on the market today!
