Shipping Information

We ship worldwide! The best way to accurately calculate the cost to your address is to check the rates in the checkout process.

Free shipping is for orders over $99, within the USA only. We generally ship with the best ground option available.

All orders that are shipped outside the USA will be charged shipping, and will have taxes/VAT/duties that will have to be paid to the shipping service prior to receiving the saddle. If you choose to refuse the saddle due to these fees, you are able to do so, but we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refund once it arrives.

We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30pm. We are closed on weekends, so any orders placed after hours will be processed the following business day. We are also closed for all major holidays.

We know you want to get to riding comfortably as quickly as possible, so we do our best to get all orders shipped out the same business day.

Depending on the volume of orders, there may be a 1-3 day lead time needed for processing. We fulfill all saddle orders in the order they were placed, and we apologize if this is inconvenient in any way.

Our shipping cutoff for same day shipping is 11:30 am MST. If an order is placed after 11:30 am MST, it will ship the next business day. 

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and other carriers that provide expedited shipping only count business days in their rates (Monday-Friday). Saturday and Sunday are not included in their projected delivery dates. If UPS 2 Day shipping is selected on a Thursday, it will not arrive until the second business day, which would be the following Monday. USPS generally delivers through the weekend if it is needed sooner.

Orders placed and/or processed on Holidays may be delayed an additional day if the carriers do not pick up the shipments due to being closed.
