Lifetime Warranty
The last saddle you will ever need! With a lifetime warranty on the base frame and 1 year on the suface padding, you can simply switch out your surfaces over the years for a fraction of the price.
Your BiSaddle warranty covers manufacturer defects and only applies to the original owner. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and does not cover accidents.

We offer a 30 day comfort guarantee on all undamaged saddles purchased directly from BiSaddle, both in the USA and worldwide.* We recommend riding your BiSaddle for a minimum 3-5 rides before considering exchanging it. It can take time to adjust BiSaddle to your body type and riding style. We offer exchanges or store credit with free shipping & handling. Switching out our Saddle Surfaces/Padding can make a huge difference in comfort. Any** returns will be charged shipping and handling, and must be clean and undamaged***. If after 3-5 rides you are still not quite as comfortable as you desire please contact us at 1-877-397-2165 to troubleshoot your experience as we are confident we can find you a perfect fit. Your 30 days begins on the date of purchase.
Customers making a return outside the US are able to do so, but will be responsible for shipping the saddle back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot create international prepaid return labels. We also do not provide refunds on shipping fees or any duty/VAT fees from your specific country.
Please note that every return must have a BiSaddle issued RMA number or you will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee, or BiSaddle may reserve the right to deny the return and send it back at the customer's expense.

*This does NOT apply to orders placed with Amazon, Bike Shops, other retailers, etc. You must follow their specific return procedures/policies. We cannot and will not accept them.
**When returning Carbon Fiber Saddles or Carbon Fiber Frames, there will be a 20% handling fee if the saddles were used or mounted. The fee will not apply to new/unused carbon saddles/frames.
***All returns/exchanges must be cleaned, undamaged, free from odor, and sent back with all included accessories. Additional fees will apply for damaged, dirty, or incomplete returns/exchanges as determined by BiSaddle. If the saddle is damaged beyond repair, we will apply a damage fee or we can send the saddle back at the customer's expense.
Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
