BiSaddle Warranty: 

Your BiSaddle comes with a 1 year warranty on the surface padding and a limited lifetime warranty on all base frames (including carbon fiber) against manufacturer defects and only applies to the original owner. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and does not cover accidents or improper care. The 1 year warranty starts on the date of purchase and does not restart when warrantied items are processed or received.  

Any carbon fiber products (rails or full carbon race frame) are for Road/TRI use only. Not intended for off-road use. Any off-road use will void any warranty."

Cádomotus Shoe Warranty:

Your shoes come with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Crashes, accidents, and normal wear & tear are not covered under warranty. Cádomotus reserves the right to distinguish between defect and normal wear-and-tear on a product. Any warranty claims must have pictures, and will be submitted directly to Cádomotus for review.

Oomph Sports Tri Shorts Warranty:

All Oomph Sports Tri Shorts and related products purchased from BiSaddle.com or Oomphsports.com are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, accidents, improper care, or negligence, we will offer to repair or replace the product for a reasonable charge. Please note that our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects unless the product arrived in that condition.

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase from BiSaddle.com or OomphSports.com.

 

3D Printed / Standard Surface Padding Care:

Please note that certain chamois creams and sunblock can react with a rider's sweat and cause damage to the 3D material and standard covers over time. This is usually due to riders having more acidic sweat in combination with the creams.

Chamois cream can still be used, and will not void your warranty. However, saddles exposed to body fluids and chemicals can wear at a quicker rate, especially in hot/humid environments. 

The best way to prolong the longevity of your saddle is to clean it after heavy rides, especially when chamois cream is used. A 20:1 mixture of water to dish soap is recommended.

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects from 30 days to 1 years (depending on product) from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through BiSaddle or an authorized retailer.
