The $29 or $39 DEMO fee you pay today is non-refundable and includes free ground shipping to those living within the lower 48 U.S. states. If you choose to keep your BiSaddle, then 45 days from the date the DEMO is ordered, your method of payment will be automatically charged the remaining difference of the BiSaddle retail price minus the DEMO fee.
To return your BiSaddle before the 45 day DEMO ends, you must send an email to demoreturns@bisaddle.com with your name, address and return shipment tracking number. Your BiSaddle should be undamaged and in good condition. Your return package should include a copy of the original packing slip and be post marked as shipped within 45 days of your purchase date for us to stop your remaining saddle payment. Your initial DEMO fee of $29 or $39 is non-refundable. DEMO saddles can only be purchased from this page and must use PayPal to checkout.
