Return and Refund Policy

Return: We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all saddles purchased directly from BiSaddle, both in the USA and worldwide. This does NOT apply to orders placed with Amazon, Bike Shops, other retailers, etc. You must follow their specific return procedures/policies. We cannot and will not accept them. Your 90 days begins on the date of purchase.

 

Please Note that when returning Carbon Fiber Saddles or Carbon Fiber Frames, there will be a $79 restocking fee if the saddles were used or mounted. The fee will not apply to new/unused carbon saddles/frames.

 

We recommend riding your BiSaddle for a minimum of 30 miles before considering returning it. We have had many cyclists who have shared their experience of taking time to make small adjustments until they found ultimate comfort. You can normally get comfortable within 30 miles of riding and adjusting. If after 30 miles you are still not quite as comfortable as you desire please contact us at 1-877-397-2165 to troubleshoot your experience. It can take time to get BiSaddle adjusted to your body type and riding style. If after troubleshooting you are still not satisfied, then you can send your BiSaddle back within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund minus shipping costs, if applicable. Exchanges will get free shipping. You are required to pay return shipping and the BiSaddle must not be damaged. The saddle must also be clean (you must clean it), free from any dirt, mud, or any other substance.

We cannot accept the return of any product that has been damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear or that has been involved in any crash or impact, as determined by BiSaddle.

Refund: If your saddle is returned undamaged, clean, and postmarked as shipped to us within 90 days of your purchase date, then we will refund the entire amount of your purchase minus shipping cost, if applicable. Exchanges will get free shipping.  Your refund will be made to the method of payment used to make your purchase. This only applies to orders placed directly with BiSaddle. We cannot accept returns and issue refunds for saddles purchased through Amazon or other retailers.

Once the saddle arrives, the refund will be issued within 2-4 business days, upon the above conditions being met. It may take several days for the refund to finalize, depending on your financial institution.

 

Refurbished saddles: All sales are final with refurbished saddles.

 

Carbon Fiber ReturnsPlease note that when returning Carbon Fiber Saddles or Carbon Fiber Frames, there will be a $79 restocking fee if the saddles were used or mounted. The fee will not apply to new/unused carbon fiber products.

 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your saddle for another model of equal or lesser value, you may do so within the 90 day money back guarantee. Exchanges will get free shipping. The saddle must be undamaged and clean when it arrives. If there is a price difference between your current saddle and the exchanged unit, we will refund you the difference, if applicable. If you want to swap to a model that requires additional payment, please contact us at hello@bisaddle.com and we will invoice you the difference via email. 

Please note that the 90 day money back guarantee does not restart with exchanges. If you still wish to return after an exchange, you still have to complete it within the initial 90 days. 

Please add a note in the RMA form or in the box stating which saddle you would like to exchange to, as well as your return address. That will help us speed up the process, and get you back to riding more comfortably! Email us exchanges@bisaddle.com if you have any additional questions about exchanging your BiSaddle.

 

Warranty: Your BiSaddle comes with a 1 year warranty on the surface padding and a lifetime warranty on the base frame against manufacturer defects and only applies to the original owner. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and does not cover accidents. 

 

To return or exchange your BiSaddle, please fill out the form below to get your RMA number. The RMA number is required to return or exchange the saddle. You will need your order number and email used to place the order. If you are exchanging for another model, please state the model you would like to exchange it for in the notes section of the form.
