Your order number can be found in your original confirmation email or on your packing slip under "Customer PO". You must also enter the same email you used when purchasing your BiSaddle.
Return and Refund Policy
Return: We offer a 90 day money back guarantee. We recommend riding your BiSaddle for a minimum of 30 miles before considering returning it. We have had many cyclists who have shared their experience of taking time to make small adjustments until they found ultimate comfort. You can normally get comfortable within 30 miles of riding and adjusting. If after 30 miles you are still not quite as comfortable as you desire please contact us at (435) 673-0777 to troubleshoot your experience. It can take time to get BiSaddle adjusted to your body type and riding style. If after troubleshooting you are still not satisfied, then you can send your BiSaddle back within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund minus shipping cost. You are required to pay return shipping and the BiSaddle must not be damaged. Damaged saddles will not receive a refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip to help expedite the return process. We Do Not offer refunds after 90 days from date of purchase. Refund: If your saddle is returned undamaged and postmarked as shipped to us within 90 days of your purchase date, then we will refund the entire amount of your purchase minus shipping cost. Your refund will be made to the method of payment used to make your purchase.
Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear and is only available to the original purchaser.
